Saboritz

Saboritz makes alcohol-free sparkling wine the way it should be done: starting with real wine, then carefully removing the alcohol without losing the taste.

Where is it from?

The Spumante is made from Glera and Airen grapes grown in Veneto, Italy, the same region behind Prosecco. Their Sparkling Rosé is made by dealcoholizing French Merlot from Bordeaux, giving it a lighter, more elegant character. 

When is the moment?

Both are built for the same moment: the toast. Whether it is a small gathering or a big celebration, Saboritz gives you something to raise a glass to, with all the bubbles and none of the alcohol. Serve it well chilled, in a proper champagne flute, and treat it for what it is: the real thing. 

What is the taste?

The Sparkling Rosé opens with ripe strawberry and raspberry, a light floral lift, and a clean, refreshing finish. It pairs naturally with fresh seafood, or with a fruit tart at the end of a meal.
