Roots Divino Rosso
Roots Divino Rosso is a non-alcoholic red vermouth from Greece, bittersweet and orange-forward in character. Like its Bianco sibling, it begins as a real Mediterranean vermouth made on the Greek island of Lesbos: sweetened wine macerated with bitter orange, gentian, wormwood and Greek herbs, then dealcoholized to 0.0%. Tasting Notes
The nose opens with bitter orange and warm spice, with gentian and herbal wormwood underneath. On the palate, complex bitter notes meet a round orange sweetness, with dried fruit and fruitcake spice giving it a medium body and a satisfying depth. The finish is bittersweet and lingering, balanced between sweet and bitter.
