Refund policy
We want you to enjoy the best functional, non- and low-alcoholic drinks from around the world and a great shopping experience to do that. We also understand that sometimes things happen.
Returns
Therefore we offer a 21-day window after you have received your products to request a return should you need it.
Please make sure the packaging and products are whole and returned to us in the same way you received them.
If the returns are incomplete, opened or damaged for whatever reason, BezBooze will assess and deduct the cost from your refund or exchange accordingly.
To get started, simply contact us via email at store@bezbooze.pl with your order number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your package is damaged or if you believe you received the wrong products from us.
Include some pictures of the package that allow us to evaluate the issue properly and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
