You will see these called wine alternatives, wine proxies, or simply non-wines. Whatever the name, they offer a flavour complexity once found only in wine, now bottled for your table, your celebrations, and your everyday rituals.

As alcohol-free specialists, we taste widely and stock only the wine alternatives worth pouring: reds, whites, orange, and sparkling, each chosen for character and craft. There are two ways to enjoy wine without the alcohol. These are made from scratch, composed from botanicals, teas, and fruit rather than from grapes. The other route starts with real wine and gently removes the alcohol, which you will find among our Dealcoholized Wines.

Every bottle here is built with the acidity, structure, and subtle tannins that stand up to good food, dry and layered rather than sweet, with flavours that evolve from the first sip to the finish. We have chosen three distinct expressions of the category: Tempera from France, created with world-renowned chef Mauro Colagreco; the wild, fermented botanical blends of Feral from Italy; and Gnista from Sweden, built on gastronomy and craft.
