Tempera
Tempera is the work of Mauro Colagreco, the three-Michelin-star chef behind Mirazur in Menton, and Arielle Bove, a tea expert and flavour scout. Together, on the Mediterranean coast of France, they set out to bring the art of a three-star kitchen into the alcohol-free glass.
And what's in the glass is in the name. Tempera: from tempéré, for the mild climate of Menton, where terraced gardens grow hundreds of varieties of citrus, flowers, and herbs. From tempérance, because there is no alcohol here. And from tempérament, for the character in every blend. Each recipe is built from flowers, spices, fruits, and herbs, composed the way a chef builds a dish, layer by layer, into something complex and complete.
Tempera brings a quiet beauty to the table: still and sparkling blends, composed to be poured in a wine glass alongside great food, each one an alcohol-free experience made for the finest tables. From bright, mineral whites to deep, structured reds and delicate sparkling creations, every glass carries the character of the garden it came from.
