Malt Blend is Rebels’ take on a good malt whisky: the warmth, the oak and the character, without the alcohol. Distilled twice from natural botanicals, it brings together oak, caramel, and gentle spice with a firm, tannic grip. A base made for building the whisky classics into something you can pour all evening.
Tasting Notes
Oak leads, rich and warm, with the toasted, barrel-aged character of a proper malt. Caramel and vanilla give it a smooth, rounded sweetness, while liquorice and spice add depth and a dry, lingering finish. Real tannins give it a firm, structured feel. Smooth, warming, and more serious than its alcohol-free nature might make you believe.
How to serve
Built for mixing. Stir it into the whisky classics: an alcohol-free Old Fashioned, a whisky sour, or a highball with soda. Rebels suggest 5cl Malt Blend with 10cl ginger ale, ice, and a slice of lemon for an easy long drink. A dash of bitters and an orange twist turns it into a longer, after-dinner sipper. Serve over plenty of ice.
