Botanical Dry
Botanical Dry is the gin of the Rebels 0.0% range, and the floral one. Where most alcohol-free gins chase the piney austerity of a London Dry, this leans the other way: juniper is still the anchor, the single biggest botanical in the bottle at over a third of the blend, but it is wrapped in summer flowers and a thread of warm spice. Falstaff's tasting panel gave it 89 points in 2025, rare company for a drink with no alcohol in it.
Tasting Notes
The nose is juniper and summer flowers, rose with a touch of lavender, and a hint of cinnamon and fresh herbs underneath. The palate is soft and lightly sweet, citrus running through it, rounder than a classic dry gin. It finishes long and dry, with a balanced, peppery spiciness.
How to serve
Its home is a floral gin and tonic: pour 50ml over plenty of ice, add 100ml of tonic, and finish with a slice of grapefruit to sharpen the citrus. The flowers also make it a natural in a spritz, and it carries a dry, botanical highball on its own. Serve cold, with the tonic well chilled.
