Seaward
Seaward is Pentire's brighter, zestier side: the coast at its most vivid. Like its predecessor Adrift, it is distilled from plants native to the Cornish coastline, but here the accent is citrus and green freshness, pink grapefruit, sea buckthorn, rosemary, woodruff, and seaweed. The result is a lighter, more aromatic spirit that still carries the unmistakable salt-and-green character of the Cornish headlands.
Tasting Notes
Bright and zesty on the nose, pink grapefruit and sea buckthorn to the fore, with a green, verdant freshness underneath. The palate is citrus-led and lively, with soft berry notes and a clean, herbal finish lifted by a faint coastal salinity. Vivid, fresh, and invigorating in the glass.
How to serve
Made for something long and refreshing. Pour 50ml over ice and top with a light tonic, finishing with a wedge of pink grapefruit to echo its citrus heart. Equally good in a bright, alcohol-free spritz or a citrus-forward cocktail. Serve well chilled.
