Gnista - Crisp
Crisp is a Riesling-style white wine alternative — bright, dry, and built around acidity rather than sweetness. Like all Gnista products, it's made from scratch using botanicals and modern gastronomy, not by removing alcohol from existing wine. Clean, structured, and genuinely refreshing.
Tasting Notes
The nose is fresh and floral — elderflower, citrus, and a hint of thyme. On the palate, sharp acidity takes centre stage with a light, elegant body and notes of rhubarb and mineral. The finish is dry and lingering, with a faint warmth from habanero. More white wine than botanical drink in its overall feel.
Pairs well with
A natural partner for fish, shellfish, and fresh salads. Also holds up great with spicy Asian dishes — particularly good with a red Thai curry. Wonderfully refreshing on its own as a lighter aperitif on a sunny day or a beautiful warm evening.
