Tierra
Tierra is a still alcohol-free red from Tempera, named for the earth and built around it. Cranberry, beetroot, and pepper give it a tangy, earthy character with a gentle tannic grip, finished with Poivre des Dames, a rare blend of nine peppers and rose petals that gives the close its floral warmth. Composed from fruits, roots, and spices by three-Michelin-star chef Mauro Colagreco and tea expert Arielle Bove.
Tasting Notes
The attack is frank and tangy, cranberry first, bright and sharp. Beneath it, beetroot brings an earthy roundness and a light, supple tannin, while the pepper builds slowly toward the finish. That close is where Tierra shows its craft: powerful and spiced, yet velvety and floral rather than sharp, with real length. Structured and savoury, an elegant red in every sense but the alcohol.
Pairs well with
Tierra shines alongside a meal. Serve it with red meat, mushrooms, or roasted vegetables, where its earthy depth comes into its own, or alongside aged cheeses like Comté or an aged cheddar. It has the freshness to carry lighter dishes too, from grilled salmon to a tomato and mozzarella salad.
