Rebels is named after an attitude. It began in Zurich in 2020, when Christof Tremp left a long corporate career at Lindt to chase a simple frustration: he loved the ritual of a good drink, but not the hangover, and everything alcohol-free on offer was either boring or bland. So he and co-founder Janick Planzer set out to make something better.

What they built is a great range of alcohol-free spirits for mixing proper cocktails. Each one is handcrafted in Switzerland and distilled twice with a self-developed process to draw far more flavour from its natural botanicals. The results now pour in five-star hotels and Michelin restaurants from Europe to Asia.

From a bitter Italian-style aperitivo to gin, whisky, rum, and amaretto, Rebels covers the bar classics, ready to mix, stir, and shake into the drinks you already love. The whole idea is freedom of choice: the taste, the ritual, and the glass in hand, entirely on your terms. That is the rebellion, and it is a good one to join.
