Dolce Spritz
Dolce Spritz is Rebels' answer to the orange aperitivo, the bittersweet Italian classic at the heart of every good spritz. Distilled twice from natural botanicals, it brings together bitter orange, rhubarb, and warming spice into a vivid, ruby-orange base made for mixing. Pour it, top it, and you have the golden-hour drink everyone recognises, with none of the alcohol.
Tasting Notes
Bitter orange leads, bright and zesty, balanced by a rounded sweetness and a gentle, herbal bitterness underneath. Rhubarb adds a tart, fruity lift, while liquorice, vermouth, and spice give it real depth and that characteristic aperitivo warmth. The finish is bittersweet and lingering, exactly the bite a spritz needs to stay bright and refreshing.
How to serve
Made for the spritz. For the full version, pour over plenty of ice and top with an alcohol-free sparkling wine such as Saboritz Spumante, finished with a slice of orange. For an easier everyday version, tonic or soda works just as well. Rebels suggest 5cl Dolce Spritz to 10cl of your mixer, but adjust to taste. It also shines in an alcohol-free negroni. Serve well chilled, ideally in good company before dinner.
