Feral N° 5 is a gently sparkling ("fine bubbling" they call it) rosé made from what are wid and invasive plants in the region: birch sap, lemon verbena, yarrow, nettle, horseradish, and aronia juice. With this unusual mixture of ingredients it has a citrusy and somewhat peachy taste with light herbal notes
