Roots Divino Bianco
Roots Divino Bianco is a non-alcoholic white vermouth from Greece, fresh and sour in character. Made on the Greek island of Lesbos, it starts as a real Mediterranean vermouth: wine macerated with rosemary, thyme, wormwood and other herbs, then dealcoholized to 0.0%. The nose is aromatic and green, with rosemary, thyme, and lemon zest lifted by a herbal note of wormwood. On the palate, fresh citrus meets savoury herbs, with a gentle bitterness and a bright, sour edge. The mouthfeel is light and crisp, finishing dry and herbal.
