Gnista - Floral Wormwood
Bright, bitter, and intensely aromatic, Gnista Floral Wormwood is a botanical spirit alternative built around the character of an amaro or vermouth. Like all Gnista products, it is crafted from scratch using botanicals and distillation techniques, with almost no alcohol. Complex enough to sip on its own, and a natural fit for cocktails that call for a bitter, herbal base.
Tasting Notes
The nose is aromatic and fresh, with wormwood and green herbs leading, followed by orange peel and a floral lift from chamomile and rose. On the palate, concentrated dried fruit and raisin sweetness balance the bitter herbal core, with citrus and spice running through the mid-palate. The finish is long, slightly warming, and distinctly botanical.
How to serve
Best served neat and well chilled, or over ice with a splash of tonic or soda and a twist of citrus. Works beautifully as a vermouth replacement in a non-alcoholic Negroni or Martini, or alongside Gnista Barreled Oak in an alcohol-free Old Fashioned. A good aperitif before dinner or a digestif after.
